Chairman and President , R. Theodor Kusiolek, is responsible for the investment sourcing and worldwide marketing of the Company's systems. He will work closely with the Executive Vice President of the Tangshan Iron and Steel Group in defining products for broadband   telecommunication markets and in formulating product directions.  Mr. Kusiolek is experienced in Worldwide emerging markets, wireline and wireless network telecommunications, strategic marketing, new product development, and value added internet marketing of information technology products.

Mr. Zhou Xiao Cheng, born in Oct., 1954, holds an MBA degree from Harbin Engineering University and possesses the experience of a Senior Business Manager, and currently serves within the role of Deputy-Director of Tangshan City’s New & Hi-tech Development Zone Administrative Committee.

With his sound educational background and solid business experiences, Mr. Zhou has made great achievements in management positions within different functional fields. He has successfully served as the Deputy-Director of Tangshan Medical & Education Bureau, Deputy-Director & General Secretary of Lu-Nang District, and of the Tangshan Municipal Government. Since 1985, Mr. Zhou has served as the Deputy Director at Tangshan New & Hi-tech Development Zone. In May 2000, Mr.Zhou’s successful achievements were highly recognized by being granted with the Honor Certification of CHINESE SPIRIT (a great historical honor roll which lists specifically many of the heroic people who have made great contribution to the development of China).
